  • •Served as lead digital advisor for 11 Frontline and Red to Blue House campaigns, working closely with candidates, consultants, and campaign staff on digital persuasion and fundraising strategy.  Protected all incumbents in the region and flipped 3 Red to Blue seats.

    •Led Rep. Tom Suozzi’s digital fundraising program for the highly nationalized NY-03 special election. Raised $1.3 million online in 2 months through SMS, email, and partner fundraising, facilitating a key Democratic victory.

    •Managed two entry level staffers, providing technical training and mentorship.

    •Pitched senior DCCC leadership on digital programing initiatives and investments, securing over $500K in constituency and digital GOTV for Northeast races that allowed the campaigns to maximize their paid media program's efficiency and prioritize key digital targets.

    •Created district-specific demographic and geographic research reports that analyzed target races along digital paid media opportunities. Presented research findings to campaigns, DCCC senior leadership and the DCCC IE to inform investment decisions.

    •Created a comprehensive 2022 paid media database that compiled data from BigAl, AdImpact, PrioritiesUSA, and individual campaigns, and was searchable across spender, partisanship media market, and more.

    •Led paid media spending analysis for the Northeast region across digital and TV, made strategic recommendations for campaigns.

    •Created and executed over $100k in digital acquisition budgets, ensuring positive return on investment.

  • •Led social media strategy for the party on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, generating over 10 million impressions, 410,000 profile visits.

    •Led graphic design, producing over 50 designs ranging from mobilize graphics, merchandise and apparel, field literature, and social shareables.

    •Led video design, producing videos for all social platforms.

    •Hired and trained digital staff on email writing and coding.

    •Built an email calendar and wrote, produced, and sent fundraising emails for the party, raising over $2 million in 2022

    •Facilitated relationships between the party and digital consultants to maximize digital fundraising and paid media effectiveness

    •Initiated influencer partnerships, resulting in 15 accounts with over 100,000 followers each regularly sharing party content, boosting our engagement

  • •Planned and executed social media strategies for 10 clients, including frontline House races, members of House Democratic leadership, PACs, and top-target gubernatorial candidates.

    •Spearheaded social launches for 7 of those clients using influencer outreach.

    •Increased engagement in existing clients by as much as 430% month over month.

    •Constructed key company infrastructure, systems, and processes - including standardizing vetting and task management processes to create more efficient employee workflow.

    •Wrote tweets for senior members of Congress that received as many as 196,000 likes.

    •Executed a ground-breaking Twitter DM bot fundraising program and raised over $80,000 in its early implementation phase.

    •Collaborated with firm leadership and an outside development team to create segmentation and targeting systems for the Twitter DM program, increasing bot performance by 52%.

    •Coordinated rapid response social media campaigns for clients, gaining up to 1 million impressions on a single tweet.

  • •Built and maintained Facebook, Google, and web display ad campaigns for frontline House races and national advocacy organizations with a combined budget of over $1.1 million. 

    •Performed daily optimizations for 15 ad campaigns across 5 swing states for a national reproductive rights advocacy group and collaborated with colleagues and platform representatives to ensure successful delivery.

    •Enforced rigorous quality assurance standards on emails, social media campaigns, and landing pages for key Red to Blue House races, ensuring correctness on targeting, images, videos, and text.
